Confidentiality of peer review

Under double-blind peer review, the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential. Review correspondence, reviewer reports and confidential editorial materials are shared only with authorised persons (the editorial team and, where needed, the relevant reviewers) and are not disclosed for purposes unrelated to scholarly evaluation.

Sharing of information

Personal information is not shared with third parties without a legitimate basis or consent, except where necessary for publication, peer review, legal requirements, or limited technical services (such as institutional email) required to operate the journal.

Retention and security

The journal seeks to protect information with reasonable technical and organisational measures and to retain it only for as long as needed for editorial purposes and archival requirements.
