This website does not currently operate a full manuscript-management system. Any submission system or journal platform must publish a complete privacy notice before collecting author or reviewer data.

Intended principles

• Personal information will be collected only for legitimate editorial and publication purposes.
• Author and reviewer information will be kept confidential and will not be made public except where necessary for publication or with explicit permission.
• Peer-review correspondence and confidential materials must not be published in the public GitHub repository.
• Third-party services used for forms, email or analytics will be identified in the final privacy notice.
